In the Works: Another LOCALE guide!

Have we mentioned that we just adore working with LOCALE Magazine? The editor, Erik Hale, is a fabulous chief to work for. He’s excited and loves new, cutting edge ideas, and is practically glued to his phone. All great qualities in an editor-in-chief. Anyways, he’s brought Hoodzpah on-board to do another seasonal guide for the upcoming holiday issue of LOCALE Magazine. This guide we’re compiling is called “Locale’s So-Cal Holiday Guide”. Erik and his director of internal affairs, Ashley Hickson, are creating an editor’s picks gift guide, and Amy and I are designing and contributing writing to the remainder of the guide, which will include segments like “not your grandmother’s holiday playlist,” “how to survive the holidays,” and a holiday field manual with essential holiday tips like “don’t perv by the mistletoe.” It will be both informative and smirk-worthy.

Here’s a peek at an original illustration we’ve already created for a segment in the guide regarding where you can cut down your own Christmas tree locally in Orange County, CA. We’ll keep you apprised of the guide’s status. Stay tuned and stay gold.
