Shipping

 

Shipping locations:

Right now we only offer shipping on physical goods to the United States and US Minor Outlying Islands. You can purchase any physical good from anywhere, but it must ship to an address in the US or US Minor Outlying Islands.

 

Holiday shipping:

For the USPS holiday cut off dates see here. Be advised USPS does not guarantee on-time delivery during the holidays.

Media mail: USPS has no dates available or guarantee packages will arrive in time for the holidays.

 

Non-holiday estimated shipping time:

If you are ordering a book to be shipped within the continental US, we offer Media Mail or Priority Shipping through USPS.

We run shipping Monday through Friday. Any orders made after hours or on weekends will be shipped on the next business day. During the holidays, the USPS is notoriously and understandably slower, so please order early to ensure you receive the order on time. Refer to USPS’s holiday deadlines for when to order by to get orders in time for December 25.

Media Mail through the United States Postal Service estimates that your item will arrive in 2 to 10 days, but it could be longer if you are non-continental US.

For Priority Shipping, USPS estimates 1-3 business days for delivery to continental US.

 

Lost or stolen packages:

If your package is lost or stolen, email us (include your order number and receipt/purchase confirmation) and we’ll work with you to make it right!

 

Address errors:

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address when you placed your order, email us as soon as possible with your corrected address and order # (the goal is to get to us before we send the order)! Because once we send it, we aren’t responsible for the delayed delivery or cost to reship the items. Unfortunately, once it’s sent to the wrong address, there’s nothing we can do until the package is sent back to us (the person at your old address, or the Post Office, would have to mark it “return to sender”, in order for this to happen). Email us as soon as you realize your shipping address was incorrect. Let us know your updated address, and we will reship the package once it gets back to us. We’ll send you a PayPal invoice for the second shipping cost at that time. In meantime try:

1. Contacting the people who live at the address the package is being sent to (we know this isn’t always easy to do)
2. File an address forward with the USPS here: https://www.usps.com/manage/forward.htm

Returns, Refunds, Etc.

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order!

 

Physical Products:

Physical products purchased may be returned as long as they are in new condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please email us and we’ll make things right.

To return an item for a refund, please follow the steps below:

  1. Include a copy of the packing slip or confirmation email.
  2. Mail your return to the Hoodzpah return address on the original package.*
  3. Once your return is received, we will issue your refund.

* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item(s).

 

Digital Products:

If you’re unhappy with a digital product and would like a refund, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchasing the product. Email us with your original order # and order receipt and we’ll refund you. Customers who have requested a refund for a digital product must delete all files related to the digital product and no longer have any rights or permissions to use the files.

If for any reason you lose your digital files, we’ll do our best to replace them. But if we have discontinued a product or no longer store the files on our servers, we will no longer be able to replace files. You are ultimately responsible for storing files in a safe place on your own computer.
